School Canteen Advertisement for Halal Food Stall

Apply to run a halal food stall at Bartley Secondary School's canteen by 1 March 2026. Download the application form and submit it with the required documents to the school.
Stall types and application requirements
Type of Stall | Closing Date | Requirements |
Halal Cuisine (Noodles/Rice) | 1 March 2026 | Vendor may propose to sell a variety of dishes on different days. Examples of noodle dishes include mee goreng, mee siam, mee soto etc. |
Halal Cuisine (open to proposal) | 1 March 2026 | Vendor is open to proposals from vendors. Vendors may propose to sell halal food of other cuisines such as Indian / Turkish / Korean / Japanese etc. |
Application Procedure
Complete the application form [Click here to download application form]. You may also request for a hardcopy from the School’s General Office.
Attach the following documents together with the application form:
Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)
Proposed Healthy Set meal menu and price-list of each set meal or dish
Photocopy of Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Certificate of participation for Culinary Training Workshop for HMSP by HPB (if any).
Submit the completed Application Form and documents via email OR to the School’s General Office by the closing date.

Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.

Note to successful applicants:
Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) operating the stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.
Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.
