Table Tennis
The S6 Centre-Based Table Tennis CCA is a cluster initiative that brings together students from Bartley, Peicai, St. Gabriel’s, and Yuying Secondary Schools to provide an enriched sporting experience. We aim to foster inter-school synergy, allowing students to build diverse social networks and strong teamwork skills beyond their own school gates. Our programme is dedicated to developing technical proficiency and exemplary sportsmanship, catering to both recreational players and those striving for competitive excellence. Together, we aim to build a legacy of character and a consistent, strong presence at the National Schools Games (NSG).
Admission Selection Criteria*

Pupils who are currently playing competitive Table Tennis (e.g. National Inter-school competitions) or who display a strong interest and aptitude for the sport.

Pupils must display athletic ability and good motor skills.

Pupils must possess diligence and a positive attitude in academic work.
*Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the student will be shortlisted/given an offer.
*Applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.
Application Procedure
Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted through the online DSA-Sec Portal
via https://www.moe.gov.sg/secondary/dsa/application which
requires one parent’s SingPass to log in
or
Parents/guardians who are unable to apply online can approach their child's primary school for assistance.
Application is free-of-charge and will be open from 7 May 2025, 11 am to 3 June, 3 pm.
Selection Process
Given the prevailing national posture, the school will be conducting in-person
selection for all DSA talent areas for 2025.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in an in-person interview and sports trial between 30 June 2025 to 4 September 2025. The school will notify the shortlisted applicants on the details of the in-person selection.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome (Confirmed Offer, Wait List or Unsuccessful) via letters and/or phone calls between 25 Aug and September 2025.

Successful applicant’s primary school will follow up with the next stage of DSA exercise. Admission will only be confirmed when the PSLE results are released.
